Welcome — Something in You Is Asking for Change
I offer a grounded, psychologically informed space for people navigating inner change, crisis, or transition. I’m a London-based psychosynthesis therapist working with anxiety, burnout, identity questions, and the integration of intense psychological or spiritual experiences.
My work integrates depth psychology, psychosynthesis, and contemplative traditions to help inner experience become meaningful, ethical, and livable — not overwhelming or abstract.
You might be:
Living with anxiety, burnout or low mood
Struggling with identity, self-worth or inner conflict
Feeling disconnected, without knowing why
Facing loss—of a loved one, relationship, or direction
Processing an intense experience — psychedelic, spiritual, or existential — and seeking careful integration rather than quick answers
Repeating patterns, despite your best efforts to change
These experiences aren’t failures — they’re signals. Often, they point toward a deeper part of you asking to be heard. They invite us to slow down and face the fears, wounds and disowned aspects that have long shaped our lives.
This isn’t quick-fix therapy. It’s the courageous work of staying present with discomfort, exploring the shadow, and allowing meaning to emerge over time. The process can feel challenging — sometimes unsettling — but it is always held within a steady, reflective container that supports clarity and new direction.
How I Work
I won’t “fix” you — but I will walk beside you. My role is to offer psychological depth, curiosity, and compassion, holding an attuned, relational space as you meet yourself more fully. I work experientially and relationally — tracking what unfolds in the body, the psyche, and between us, not just in thought. Our work focuses not only on insight, but on how inner change translates into daily life: relationships, choices, agency, and self-leadership.
